A few years ago I made a number of paintings titled "Timeline". With this I wanted to emphasize how the lifelines of different people influence each other. Sometimes consciously, often unconsciously. Every line, or life event, has a beginning and an end. Sometimes the lines run through each other. Sometimes they end before the next line begins, or the line continues while other lines have already stopped. And sometimes they are not even visible yet, while the story already is developing. That is life. I have decided to pick up the Timeline series again. Now under the series title "Moments in Time".
